There some visible up an down lines in the bore, I cannot feel most of them, or catch a fingernail on any of them. Parting out complete machine. Threaded Holes look pretty good.

Cylinder appears to be in reasonable used condition with normal signs of use. I would personally do a good careful cleaning of gasket surfaces, have a Hone glaze breaker run through the bore, and run a tap through threaded Holes as I would with any used cylinder.
