This bag is made by maverick called the, nic nac sac and is made from water resistant nylon material and attaches via 3 straps that use the windshield mounting screws ,installs in minutes. Makes a perfect note some model's have the air intake up on top of gauges, these bags will not fit unless you use slap flow rite intake kit or other type which adds air intake filters to the flat area in front of the gauges. It has three separate compartments so things don't get thrown around. This is a great item for packing your lunch, sunglasses ect.
