Elastic around the bottom edge and straps with hooks on end to tie it down. The one pictured out of box is for my wife's sled. Storage bag is included.

Here I have a brand new in box rain-x snowmobile cover size xl. Both sleds in pictures have high windshields on them too. Part number is the cover loosely installed, I didn't put all straps on and cinch them down.

Size on box says 126x13x38. Very nice inexpensive cover to protect machine from the elements. Ask questions as needed.
