Upper rod threaded ends are seized dont turn, bushings and one broken off bolt stuck in other you should check to be sure these will fit your machine before purchasing. Lower rods fully functional, both threaded end joints turn unscrew fine and no stuck bushings.

Some corrosion, may be slightly bent, scuffs, etc.
